Service department is awful. Went for a recall and asked them to inspect my vehicle. I knew I had a bad wheel bearing and the found 7500 worth of damage. I asked them to just change the wheel bearing and they told me they would have the parts in two days. I called them 4 days later and no one called back. I had to call 5 times to finally get an answer that my parts were delayed for another week. No apology, poor communication and significantly over priced. We had our 2023 truck let us down one day with mechanical issues which were warranty in the end and with one phone call to them the service team jumped into action, not only following up with us right after that call to CAA but they wanted to ensure we were being looked after and if we needed a ride or anything they could do for us at that time and to confirm and let us know that the tow truck was dispatched and enroute.
