Upgraded from a 2015 ram 1500 sport to a 2023 silverado 2500HD WT. I dealt with michel lavigne. He made the whole experience a breeze, answered any big or small questions i had, and presented me with many options to meet my needs. Felt like i was in good hands the whole way through. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend talking to michel at timmins garage if youre considering a new or used vehicle 👌

I love my Chevy Trax! We are currently in our second lease agreement. Our change over from the Buick Envista to the Trax was a seamless transition. The Envista was a really nice car, but the Trax is a little roomier in the trunk and higher off the ground; otherwise, they are similar. Our salesman Mitch is curteous and thorough. Dealt with Mitch Lavigne buying my 2026 GMC Sierra AT4 2500HD and he went above and beyond for me. Made me feel right at home, , and left in my new truck feeling like a king. Service department is awful. Went for a recall and asked them to inspect my vehicle. I knew I had a bad wheel bearing and the found 7500 worth of damage. I asked them to just change the wheel bearing and they told me they would have the parts in two days. I called them 4 days later and no one called back. I had to call 5 times to finally get an answer that my parts were delayed for another week. No apology, poor communication and significantly over priced. I got a second opinion on the 7500 in damage and they blatantly lied ... read more

We had our 2023 truck let us down one day with mechanical issues which were warranty in the end and with one phone call to them the service team jumped into action, not only following up with us right after that call to CAA but they wanted to ensure we were being looked after and if we needed a ride or anything they could do for us at that time and to confirm and let us know that the tow truck was dispatched and enroute.
