Fantastic team.
I got a new family doctor (Dr. Ferdous). I tried to renew my prescriptions but all she did was remove it from my record entirely. I've been trying to get them filled for over a month with no success. She also removed my allergies and seemingly put a random allergy that I don't have in its place. I also described my severe physical issues, she confirmed that an ultrasound would find the problem then told me she won't send me for one till I'm 40 (I'm 35). They handled it with so much care and they took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Always great service from nurses receptionist and doctors
Been trying to get into this clinic for 6+ months now, they asked me to drop my family doctor in order to get in which I have, now I have 0 family doctor and haven't been able to get in -they dont even answer the phone- they told me to go to the hospital for a referral.
