Always great service from nurses receptionist and doctors
Been trying to get into this clinic for 6+ months now, they asked me to drop my family doctor in order to get in which I have, now I have 0 family doctor and haven't been able to get in -they dont even answer the phone- they told me to go to the hospital for a referral.
She’s not my OB, however she covered for mine well they were out of town for work and I must say she’s polite, respectful, and gets the job done. I honestly wish I went with her over my current OB. She saw I had high blood pressure and sent me to maternity asap to get blood work done and a stress test. She also got me into an ultrasound and did a urine test to make sure absolutely everything with baby and me was good. But before sending me, she did a swab to make sure I wasn’t losing any amniotic fluid and checked my cervix.... read more
My very sick wife asked the lady behind counter for key to the washroom Because we were here for clinic not health team she refused to release the key to washroom. Now I know of policy and procedures but some who been voting needing washroom a lot needs help but again refused wow you have to be some kind of person not to care. I am lost for words
Absolutely ridiculous! Trying to book for an appointment two months in advance and can’t even do so because you guys are so booked up. You don’t answer The phones. Do better
