They were really efficient and considerate when my pet needed to be cremated. I only wish I didn't see the food freezer the deceased pets are stored in.

This is the worst veternarian place to go for out of town people. Not once, but twice i got cancelled for a proceed for my pet the day before. Because i am 3 hours away from Timmins, i booked a motel room. They don't come cheap. When you book, you only have a certain time limit to cancel. The day before does not.count. i lost those motel rooms and my money, TWICE. The first time they cancelled, there was an error in booking i was told, when i booked it 3 weeks in advance. Doing this for my mother. One star becaise twice now they canceled my moms appointment last minute. Up to the point where they cant cancel their hotel room because they lose on their money. Bad enough going to the vet costs alot already. Not fair to cancel 2 appointments in a row. Bad service right there. Unfair to people who are from out of town to get their pets checked. Brought my boy Titan in on a Sunday. They're not my vet. They were the only ones available. They gave him meds and a few hours later we brought him home. They said he'd be fine. They had only x-rayed his belly. Wish I told them to x-ray him fully. He didn't show signs of trouble till 6 weeks later. Went to my vet and they did full x-rays. They found a mass on his lung which caused an enlargement of his esophagus. A couple hours later, my husband was on the road to a special hospital 8 hours away.
