I met with Josh about getting a garage built initially, I was impressed. He was friendly and seemed organized. He actually showed up when many other builders did not. He agreed to take on the project and work as the general contractor. Ultimately just never moved the project forward. I was able to coordinate other builders starting over after a significant loss of time.
I’d give zero stars if I could. Definitely not recommended. Extremely poor communication. Bailed on job two weeks before start time. Tried to reschedule a different time. Completely ignored. Don’t waste your time. The response to this is comical. No way I’d ever call again or recommend.
