Very rude staff, passive aggressive on the phone, and hung after 5 words in my first phone call. I called back 10 minutes later and was met with passive aggressive tone again and was very unprofessional overall. Not happy at all
I would recommend switching to Timmermann Insurance to anyone. My family has been with Timmermann since 2005 we love the team in Winstons office. They definitely care about you and help make you feel comfortable and help answer all of your questions. Thank you so much to the team for helping me understand my policy and always getting my certificates for my loads back to me in a timely manner, you guys are the best.
