Said he “doesn’t have room” and “doesn’t do that” when I asked to bring in my dryer to test it. I’m confused what they do here if they don’t service appliances…when I inquired what their service is he just hung up on me…it’s not wonder mom and pop places like this are going up our business, no customer service might as well just buy from the big box stores.
Incredibly responsive and quick service! They have fixed two appliances for me now and are always professional, quick and reasonable prices.
Walked into a store, they had the item I wanted, people that knew what they were doing, & the price was reasonable. It's a store like stores should be, with products in the store & people who know about the products. I'm not a luddite, but it has now gotten more difficult to get an appliance at the gigantic stores in town. You have to wait for them to order it online or order it online yourself. Timm's is great. Returning for whatever appliance I need next. (EDIT) I did. Went back for another appliance.
I needed a part to convert my dryer to natural gas. I support local businesses not amazon garbage so i wanted a real GE kit. I gave her the model number and conversion kit number. She looked it up, got it ordered and got it in a faster than expected. Thanks Timm's appreciate the good service!
