Was on time, very responsive and helpful! Will definitely use them again. Appreciate them coming so quickly as it was for my business.
Personally, Macomb is the worst for repair service. I have never in my life seen anything like it. I have lived all over the country. I regret buying that house here. I haven't been able to get anyone from this silly little area over there.
My elderly Mother called for an estimate and they said they would call back on a Wednesday. Didn't end up calling and then someone just showed up on Thursday without calling. I called on Thursday afternoon to find out what the estimate was going to be and the owner just hung up on me. I would never use this unprofessional Company.
Rather rude and abrupt on the phone. I went with a different company.
Called to install hot water heater. Since I didn't buy it from him, he said no then hung up. -_-
