Dr Laurens is patient and explains everything concerning wearing, caring for, and her continued support and availability in answering my questions. They make you feel welcome from the first step into their office. You can understand everything they say even if you're not hearing challenged. They really enjoy their jobs and it shows in the welcome you receive, the tests you take, and all the explanations you receive. Everything is explained fully and they make sure you understand everything that is spoken. Resound is a great product and Timko takes care of you for the next 3 years or whatever the warranty is. They do it all!!!!!
