On a four night trip to shipshawana, Indiana, the company switched the hotel for two nights. No refund was given for substituting a lesser hotel, that was a 50 minute drive away. No luggage service at all. I won’t be using them again.
We were entering the home show in Indianapolis. A bus from your company went through the wrong entrance, didn’t care. Proceeded to hit one of the parking attendant’s warmth huts that she had to run out of to not be seriously injured. Everyone was literally screaming as your bus hurdled through the entrance hitting her little office, and creating damage. Be better.
This was my first trip with Timi's Tours. It was a four-day trip to Brandson, MI, and the whole trip was fantastic. I met so many nice people on the bus, and the tour director, bus driver, and Timi were so professional. I will be taking another trip with them soon!
I lost my school ID on one of their buses and they were extremely helpful in locating it for me. They shipped it back to me right away.
We have taken several great trips with Timi's Tours. They are always awesome! We just returned from an amazing trip to NewYork City where my husband and I celebrated our birthdays. Traveling with Timi's Tours is more like Traveling with family and friends rather than a tour company. We are never disappointed!
