I booked an appointment for a women's haircut when I got there the stylist asked what I was looking for I asked for a trim off the back and to clean up or touch up an existing hairstyle I showed pictures.. then she asked.."no offense but why are you here for a haircut?". The stylist next to her heard and was looking at me..i repeated what i wanted then later she continued with cutting my hair. In the end I was unhappy with the results. Diggin' the new location; well done, Timi! My being new to the area [under 1yr.] after relocating from Los Angeles, I had to go thru the process of elimination of trying to dial in a new salon or barber before FINALLY finding. "Timi's Beauty Salon" and Ms. Jess! If I could give negative stars, I would. As a mom of three, I rarely get time for myself, so I was really excited to try this new salon—but it was a huge disappointment. Jess was my hairdresser and showed up late, spent time in the back chatting instead of starting my appointment, and was dismissive when I explained what I wanted. She kept stopping to help others, eat in the back area, and socialize, making the whole experience feel unprofessional. If you book with her, just know it’s on Jess’s time—not the client’s.
