Our experience is usually always pleasant at LakesideJoondalup TZ, but today that was surpassed solely by the customer service and charismatic nature of staff Member Richie. They were lovely, helpful and really added to another level of positive experience. If I were a business owner, I’d only too happily have them as our welcome face to the venue. 10/10 customer service
***Ref their reply below - So Timezone should be honest and state up front that there are NO decent major prizes available in WA rather than lead children astray dangling a carrot that is unacheivable! I have always promoted Timezone in my Youtube and Tiktok, however PLEASE BE AWARE the large prizes they promote through ticket wins are UNAVAILABLE and a lie, we tried to claim an IPad for 150,000 tickets to be told it was no longer available, however it is still showing on the website
I just wanted to say Hannah was so lovely the other day. One of the games wasn’t recording the tickets correctly and she manually added the tickets for me after seeing proof the reel had dropped. We had a good conversation and she was so friendly. 😊
I’ve been Served by Dan many times at Timezone joondalup and everytime it’s been some of the best service I’ve ever seen, he is always open arms and happy to give tips on the games available
