My son had his party at Timezone. Our Party Host, Amy was amazing! Thanks!
We've had parties here previously, and things have gone pretty smoothly. However, I feel the staff for this one was a bit inexperienced. The gaming cards were not loaded and kids had to wait around for that. The food clean up was slow to make way for the cake. Eventually, my partner and I ended up serving the kids their cake as it was an just cut and sitting on a trolley forever. Amy was absolutely amazing She was so kind and supportive throughout my daughter’s birthday party. She helped with everything, managed the event beautifully, and made sure all the children had a wonderful time. The kids truly enjoyed being around her. My girls celebrated their birthday at Timezone Eastland, and it was such a wonderful experience! The party was well organised from start to finish, and every one had an absolute blast with smiles all around. A very special thank you goes to Ruby, the party host. She was so warm, patient and caring, making sure everyone felt included and had a fantastic time. She truly made the day extra special for the girls.
