I asked to clean up my sides and trim the top a bit (I have an 80/20 split). He started by trimming it slightly which was fine, then kept going back and trimming it more. He ended up trimming the top so much that now it doesn’t split naturally like it used to. It sticks forward and needs strong product. Haircut is not supposed to fix 100% with product, the product is meant to help.
