When I bought a car wash yesterday, the employee told me if I came back in 48 hours I could get a second car wash. The initial wash didn’t completely clean the back of my car so I came back the next day. The machines were closed due to maintenance. I called to ask if I could get an extension on that window since the opportunity to redeem my offer was limited due to their machines. When I explained the situation the person on the phone hung up on me. I called back and it went to voicemail. Bad customer service.

The worst car wash I’ve ever been to did not clean my car at all and they charge me $15 just sprayed a little bit water and soap which did not work. It would’ve gone Cleaner if I drove in the rain.
