They switched to a non touchless car wash system. Won't be returning.
Came here for the first time in November 2024 because it was touchless. Wash was not bad. However, I came back a month later and found that the touchless system was replaced with a silicone brush model. Didn't realize until I had already pulled up and paid so I went through it. Despite being less than a month old, it still managed to scratch my paint worse in one wash than Buc-ee's does over 6 months. Didn't leave the paint as shiny either and the car was still very wet afterwards.
Not effective. I've gone through my fair share of touchless car washes to know what to expect. This one doesn't clean the vehicle very well.
