Paid yesterday $10 for a regular wash and machine didn’t operate. Indian man inside the store said “no” when I told him. He said come back tomorrow. Bro I don’t live in Katy. Your business just stole $10 and didn’t refund me for services not rendered.
RIPOFF! They are just there collecting money for nothing. Almost No soap. Lights don’t work so you don’t know where to stop. Not all the brushes work. What little soap came out wasn’t even rinsed off. Dryer doesn’t work. My was was just as dirty leaving as when I went in.
