I'm sitting here crying as I write this review. We had a perfectly adequate experience with Timewise cleaning, and had a deep cleaning through Timewise cleaning once with the intention to schedule a regular cleaning. I texted to inquire about scheduling another house cleaning, and received a polite text message explaining that cleaning my house was outside of the scope of what they could handle. The house looks great and details that were being missed by the previous company are getting addressed. Very happy!
Very easy to schedule and work with, and their cleaners do a great job, and really listen to where we asked them to clean each time they have come. Highly recommend.
I have been a customer of TimeWise Cleaning for just short of 30 years. It has been a solid trustworthy company. If I had any concerns ( usually personal preferences etc) that have always been addressed in a timely manner. Employees are always prompt, professional, and friendly. They work around any obstacles in their way and accommodate temporary changes I may have to their scheduled work responsibilities. They have been a great company to work for.
