I have been a customer of TimeWise Cleaning for just short of 30 years. It has been a solid trustworthy company. If I had any concerns ( usually personal preferences etc) that have always been addressed in a timely manner. Employees are always prompt, professional, and friendly. They work around any obstacles in their way and accommodate temporary changes I may have to their scheduled work responsibilities. They have been a great company to work for.
I called and spoke with the owner about my previous review, the gossiping cleaners. Although they previously employed the 2 individuals gossiping (Ivan and Mark), Ivan is hired directly by my building but had previously been employees during my time here, I don’t track marks life so unsure. I apologized and agreed to immediately request for google to remove my previous review. I honestly did what I said I would. The guy cleans the apartment building every Monday. He is extremely nosey and engages in gossip with the residents. He told me other residents business I didn’t ask for when I moved in seven years ago. It’s gotten worse over the years. For example, he told me unsolicited who has a mail order wife. The stripper who lived in my apartment prior who was hearing voices, he was making fun of this. Etc. I don’t find gossip enjoyable like he may. Organized front office, good communication, excellent cleaning job.
My third visit from your service while they have all done very good todays experience was excellent. Professional through service doing the job the way I did when I was able. My house sparkles and smells clean.
