Very easy to schedule and work with, and their cleaners do a great job, and really listen to where we asked them to clean each time they have come. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of TimeWise Cleaning for just short of 30 years. It has been a solid trustworthy company. If I had any concerns ( usually personal preferences etc) that have always been addressed in a timely manner. Employees are always prompt, professional, and friendly. They work around any obstacles in their way and accommodate temporary changes I may have to their scheduled work responsibilities. They have been a great company to work for.

I called and spoke with the owner about my previous review, the gossiping cleaners. Although they previously employed the 2 individuals gossiping (Ivan and Mark), Ivan is hired directly by my building but had previously been employees during my time here, I don’t track marks life so unsure. I apologized and agreed to immediately request for google to remove my previous review. I honestly did what I said I would. The guy cleans the apartment building every Monday. He is extremely nosey and engages in gossip with the residents. He told me other residents business I didn’t ask for when I moved in seven years ago. It’s gotten worse over the years. For example, he told me unsolicited who has a mail order wife. The stripper who lived in my apartment prior who was hearing voices, he was making fun of this. Etc. I don’t find gossip enjoyable like he may.
