My partner and I have been using Timewise for few years now and we’ve never had any serious issues or major concerns. We’re always aware of when they’re coming and leaving. They make sure our home is spotless and safe if we’re not around. Anytime something needed to be clarified or discussed. They’re great about it and transparent with their process etc. I’d highly recommend them for cleaning services!
We've had a great experience with TimeWise! With 2 small kids my house gets out of control and their cleaning and organizing is just what I need! The staff is kind, helpful and they do an excellent job!!
I'm sitting here crying as I write this review. We had a perfectly adequate experience with Timewise cleaning, and had a deep cleaning through Timewise cleaning once with the intention to schedule a regular cleaning. I texted to inquire about scheduling another house cleaning, and received a polite text message explaining that cleaning my house was outside of the scope of what they could handle.
