We had an issue with a second-hand drum we were gifted about 5 years ago so I reached out to Timestyles for some help. Even though this system wasn't purchased from Timestyles, the owner, Jason, took the time to help us troubleshoot the issue and offer his expertise. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got us back up and running again. When the time comes for me to upgrade this system, I'll definitely be purchasing from Timestyles.
