We had an issue with a second-hand drum we were gifted about 5 years ago so I reached out to Timestyles for some help. Even though this system wasn't purchased from Timestyles, the owner, Jason, took the time to help us troubleshoot the issue and offer his expertise. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got us back up and running again. When the time comes for me to upgrade this system, I'll definitely be purchasing from Timestyles. Thanks John for your persistent and seemingly effortless devotion to solving my problems. As you know I had engaged the services of another company prior to your coming to my rescue. It had come to a point where the 1st roller blind company was ready to back out without resolving the problems with my 24 large motorized roller blinds. John and Jim are awesome. Changed my blinds in time, very professional and punctual. *Note, also if you want quality work of course you have to wait a bit.
1 week response times, if you get a response at all. Was told for a fast turnaround but have instead just been ignored by John and Jim. Do better
