I highly recommend Timeshare Owner Advocates. They helped my mother get out of two timeshares. My parents had used them when dad was still living but after he passed, mom didn't travel. She slowly declined cognitively and finally had to move to assisted/memory care. We were celebrating my husband's birthday in ***********, **, one day we were in a shopping center someone approached us and offered us free things, who refuses this? Nobody!. We only had to go to talk for about an hour as they would show us a tourist complex and they wanted our opinion. This company Timeshare Owner Justice is different. When I first talked to them I was frustrated because I had paid a well known exit company I heard about on the radio to get me out of my contract and nothing was happening and there was no communication. Timeshare Owner Justice offered to look into that situation and told me they could help me get my money back from the exit company. I had gotten into a timeshare a few years ago but it stopped making sense to pay all of these fees when I couldn't travel or get the dates I wanted. I feel I was completely overpromised when I signed up and was very disappointed. I tried to get the major developer to get me out of the contract but they just tried to upgrade me or sell me another pack of lies.
