Still not out of our timeshare after paying off all the lawyer fees in 2024. It has been since January 2023. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Nothing like getting scammed by a timeshare, then getting scammed by the lawyers saying they'll help you.
Haven't heard anything for almost 3 years. Just simply stopping payment to the timeshare company. Would have sufficed now that I look back because they've done literally nothing. I demand my money back. You have not awarded any legal documentation of me being out of the timeshare therefore, our agreement has been nullified. Absolutely gimmick. I have paid these attorneys 3 or 4 years ago and nothing has been done. Don’t waste your money on them like I have done. I just talked to employees at my timeshare office and they informed me that they have never heard from the group even though they will tell you they have been in contact with the timeshare. After you pay they will in tell you it takes years.
