Haven't heard anything for almost 3 years. Just simply stopping payment to the timeshare company. Would have sufficed now that I look back because they've done literally nothing. I demand my money back. You have not awarded any legal documentation of me being out of the timeshare therefore, our agreement has been nullified. Absolutely gimmick. I have paid these attorneys 3 or 4 years ago and nothing has been done. Don’t waste your money on them like I have done. I just talked to employees at my timeshare office and they informed me that they have never heard from the group even though they will tell you they have been in contact with the timeshare. After you pay they will in tell you it takes years.
Let’s start by saying this company is a scam. Just my opinion I hired these people in 2023 to get rid of a Timeshare that I signed up for they told me not to make payments and the process will take three years well I figured out if you don’t make payments for three years, Timeshare will foreclose on the property once I let Timeshare defend attorneys know this they told me the Timeshare gave in and removed my Timeshare well this not true they know it would take about three years for the foreclosure to start if you’re not payi... read more
DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES!!! Very unsatisfied. Not only have they not come through at all but the company they recommended to protect our credit while this process drags on has also failed. I'm beginning to feel like both this timeshare defense attorneys and trade block are both scams on or run by the same groups of people.
