If I could give them zero stars I would. This company is a rip off. Westgate cancelled my timeshare due to none payment and for almost a year after it was cancelled timeshare was telling me they never heard from them or they are in negotiations. I paid over 20k to them to find out they were lying to be this whole time. Westgate sent me proof that they never spoke to timeshare defense attorneys not once in over 18months. I believe this company is a scam. Despite making all my payments since early 2023, I've only spoken to an attorney once, and subsequent calls go straight to voicemail. I'm still showing a delinquent timeshare on my credit report, preventing me from obtaining a mortgage. Multiple attempts to contact the timeshare defense attorney have been unsuccessful, with no updates in over a year."
