Wow, I just found out that I am officially released from my timeshare! I owned a timeshare with Hyatt, and other law firms would not take my case because Hyatt is extremely difficult to work with. This company is a SCAM! Beware, they take your money, put you off for 3 years all the while destroying your credit, they tell you not to make any payments, nor have any contact with your timeshare, they give you access to a fake credit repair company called tradebloc that does absolutely nothing for your credit repair.. Very unsatisfied. Not only have they not come through at all but the company they recommended to protect our credit while this process drags on has also failed. I'm beginning to feel like both this timeshare defense attorneys and trade block are both scams on or run by the same groups of people. A lawsuit with the real lawyer seems like the only way to proceed against them. Please be very careful when dealing with these people

If I could give them zero stars I would. This company is a rip off. Westgate cancelled my timeshare due to none payment and for almost a year after it was cancelled timeshare was telling me they never heard from them or they are in negotiations. I paid over 20k to them to find out they were lying to be this whole time. Westgate sent me proof that they never spoke to timeshare defense attorneys not once in over 18months.
