Do not do business with Timesavers. I purchased two new machines for more than a quarter million dollars late summer of 2022. One machine was being built and probably would not make it here by Dec 31 2022 for tax purposes but the expensive machine was a demo unit in their headquarters lab and was told it would be available to ship quickly. I picked up a machine here with my flatbed semi, I was loaded right away by a nice lady, she was great. She positioned it right where I needed it, set my tarps on top of the load, and even found me a ladder to use to tarp the load. The best part about this place is is that they wrap the machines very nice and tight in that white heavy duty wrapping, I never needed any moving blankets so my tarps didn't get cut up. Other shippers need to take a lesson from Timesavers LLC!
These machines are a marvel of modern technology and any true wood maker should have one of these on some kind of level
