Variety easy to navigate
STAY COMPETITIVE: I love this grocery store, but I would love to see you guys get an app where I could at least see what you have in stock to create a shopping list. And at best, enable the app to allow me to order in-store or drive-up grocery pick up. It's a game changer for shoppers. Grocery stores that do this are getting my business more often than less. Please, please, please, procure this capability! ≈======== A great local grocery store. If you forget your mask at home, they'll politely give you one vs. cast you away.
Times Supermarket Terrible customer service. They sold us water at an inflated price — it felt like they just made up the number and added 50% more. The label clearly said “2 for $4,” but they charged almost $6. When we asked for a refund, they made us wait about 10 minutes and acted annoyed, as if we were the ones doing something wrong.
