Very poor customer service from the receptionist. Her attitude was rude, dismissive and extremely unprofessional when dealing with a patient who was simply trying to get medical care. Patients deserve to be treated with basic respect and empathy, especially when they are unwell. Very disappointing experience. I will give a 0 star if I could.
今天下午约了看家庭医生，诊所前台告诉我要戴口罩才能进，我不知道有这个规定（家里有很多疫情时留下来的口罩，如果知道我会带一个），买她们的要1刀，今天正好没带钱包，我想用App了pay，她们也不能接收，然后前台接待人员告诉我今天不能看医生了！大家知不知道现在还有什么地方一定要戴口罩才能进吗？前台有权利这么做吗？欢迎大家发表看法，谢谢！
