Dr Soo Cheun Phang was patient, caring, and actually listened, which isn’t something you can take for granted when you’ve been through as many GPs as we have! As a co-carer for my dad with multiple chronic diseases, I really appreciated the time and understanding. Big shout out to the nurses Ben and Esther, and the legend in the Griffith Uni nursing top, mate, forgot to get your name, but you were great too! We’ll definitely be back. Dr Margaret Chung is so patient and she’s fluent in English AND Cantonese so it made the process easier for my mom and I. I had serious chronic dermatitis on my finger for a year and i went to so many doctors who couldn’t do anything and either said i was allergic to rubber gloves or dust. but my finger recovered within a week as soon as I went to Dr Chung

I would highly recommend Times GP: The staff, from reception, to nurses and to doctors, made patients feel welcome and created a positive and warm atmosphere. Dr Margaret Chung explained everything clearly and patiently, and answered questions in an understandable way. The clinic is "All-In-One", is just like a mini hospital which provided family-friendly environment and deliver high quality healthcare. As an immigrant and RN myself, I found your clinic very great. Both GPs (female and male) were truly attentive to our urgent needs, and even the reception lady with glasses was so kind. Unfortunately, as I expected, the situation with my ex is not good still, but I hope he can learn some lessons from this.
