Booked a bulk-billed flu vaccine for my child, only to be told that if the doctor asks any questions unrelated to the vaccine, a $60 gap fee applies. Reception also said they "can't control what the doctor asks." How is that fair? Patients shouldn't be charged unexpected fees based on a conversation they don't control. Very disappointed ！
