Bad customer service, completely unprovoked rudeness when i asked a simple question
Their attitude was so bad
Just a month ago I have my watch battery changed. As other reviewers mentioned, there is not even a tiny customer service, no communication whatsoever. Battery replacement was cheaper than in other places, but I got I paid for. I don't think about going back and complaining about its battery quality because the shop doesn't give out a receipt. I don't think they will remember their customers. Even I am doubting, they are checking or care about the reviews from customers.
Unlike the other reviews here i had a positive experience. I was interested in a watch they did not have in display, but as an authorized dealer, offered to check stock and order. They gave me a free catalogues, were not pushy and helpful in looking up the pricing. Coming back, I ordered the watch, my sales person was very detail oriented and triple checked the numbers, took a picture of the code I wrote down and verified the picture in the catalogue.
