Unlike the other reviews here i had a positive experience. I was interested in a watch they did not have in display, but as an authorized dealer, offered to check stock and order. They gave me a free catalogues, were not pushy and helpful in looking up the pricing. Coming back, I ordered the watch, my sales person was very detail oriented and triple checked the numbers, took a picture of the code I wrote down and verified the picture in the catalogue. I had the great pleasure of purchasing a black longines spirit Zulu time from this location. I called before hand to inquire about the model and the staff was so kind to answer all my questions. When I came in, I had great service and had an honestly wonderful experience. I’m not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from but my experience was great and would def come back to support this business. Definitely worth coming in for Tissot and Longines watches, as they are an AD for both!
Needed to change a link on my watch but wouldn’t even get a closer look and just kept saying “no” with no with no explanation.
I agree with many of the comments about the poor service. However, I actually enjoyed the quiet time to really look at each watch inside the display cases without being bothered. I spent at least five minutes browsing, and no one even greeted me it felt like I was window shopping in a museum and they have good selection. If another store carries the watch I want, I’ll definitely go there just to get proper service. But if this is the only place that has what I like then I’ll have no choice but to buy it here.
The only watch store yet the worst customer service, not even a hello. Why don’t you treat anyone coming in as a potential buyer? Minus well close down your shop
