I used their services when I was in graduate school a few years ago. My experiences with my therapist Stefani Laird were nothing but amazing. She was kind, empathetic, and I felt like she truly cared. I also liked how I could schedule a couple sessions at time on my own using their platform
Since they did not let me post on app store, I will post it here. This is the worst platform I have seen so far to receive mental health care, the providers wont see after after two visits, I would like to mention Maria Perdremo Torres who did not let me schedule any appointments with her after two visits. Rest of the professionals also does not let you schedule before three weeks, like a foster care you have to hop on from one horrible provider to another. Love my therapist. He is kind and very helpful. I also love their customer service which is mostly based in CST. They are all so kind.
I had an appointment scheduled and nobody called me. There was no communication of any sort that my appointment was cancelled or the provider would need to reschedule. I have been waiting for this appointment for a couple of weeks. I will not be using this care service in the future.
