Wish I could give this a 0. Reserved a U-Haul for a Sunday. Get to the location to check in and there’s no key code for the key box. Get online with U-Haul support (not the manager) and they inform me of the key code to the key box. Open box, no keys. All while I’m continually reaching out to the manager in order to try to get the situation sorted out.
