I have called 3 times to put in a service call to repair a leak and no return calls......very poor customer service...I will call elsewhere and find a reputable company
Great follow-up and service from a local company.
I had the Irrigation system put in last year and I love it, I have to admit my lawn was somewhat tore up and I didn't particularly care for it, and they do put grass seed down ,but I do wish they had taken more time and attention to the fact that we work hard on our lawns and take better care not to trample them
I called them 3 times. No one answered the phone. I left messages and no one ever got back to me. Poor customer service.
