My wife and I had TimeLine Design design and build our custom 5700 sq ft Portola Valley home. From tear down of the old house to move in to the new house was on schedule at 19 months! Unbelievable. I believe this performance was partly due to the fact that they did the architectural design as well as the build, so the normal stresses between architect and builder were not present. We hired Timeline Design in Saratoga, California for a major remodel of our home. We found mold damage that required us to essentially tear down half our house, pour a new foundation, and rebuild it. It was a long, painful process but the staff at Timeline made it as easy and pleasant as it could possibly be. Timeline did an extensive remodel of our Eichler-style house a couple of years ago. They were excellent to work with. They were transparent throughout the process and let us be as hands on as we wanted to be. Their designer took pains to respect the style of the original house while modernizing it.
