The showroom is beautiful, and the tile selection rivals anything I’ve seen back home. The team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Even as an outsider, I felt taken care of. If you're in NYC and need quality tile with great service, this place is a hidden gem for bathroom renovations. Timeless Tile NYC is reliable.
Great store with a huge variety of tiles. They also have bathroom fixtures, kitchen faucets… moderately priced. A young man, a salesperson or whoever, did his best to help me. I did not find what I was looking for, but that was smth special. Anyway, I got a nice impression.
I am so happy that I found Peter and Timeless Tile! They have such a wide variety of tiles to choose from, all beautiful and high quality. I was taking forever to pick tile but Peter was the first person who truly took the time to understand my vision and helps me pick the perfect tile.
