Be very careful! Make sure you do NOT sign anything. They have you sign a contract for monthly tanning, without disclosing what it would cost to cancel. When asked the monthly cost & what it would cost to stop the service they tell you that you can freeze the service for a $5 fee, but fail to disclose there is a $200 charge to cancel. That is in the fine print, but NEVER disclosed. DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES. They are taking advantage of the young kids in the area. I recently cancelled my membership due to moving back to Raleigh and I am so sad to leave Timeless Tans! The end of an era! Timeless Tans is a hidden gem with the kindest staff and best prices. I will miss it so much! Thanks for the 4 years of curing my seasonal depression with the best tan! :)
The front desk lady is SO RUDE. Didn’t even try to help or explain anything, we left due to her rudeness. Never coming back here again and never recommending this place. Super disappointed
Worst spray tan I’ve ever gotten. Machine is broken and only sprayed the back of me. Do not go here
