Were very happy with Timeless Stone and Granite. Melanie was so helpful finding the perfect stone and laying out the 4 Countertop pieces out of it, absolutely beutiful. Everything went perfectly.
I’m so disheartened after working with timeless stone and granite , not only does Melanie take zero accountability for her worker making many mistakes but she is rude and unprofessional and actually had the audacity to hang up on me because I was making valid points. I actually couldn’t believe she hung up on me and thought maybe we got disconnected but after I called back repeatedly and she did not answer I came to the conclusion that she did hang up.
