Leeza was such a great therapist! The atmosphere was calm and she met the pressure level that I needed to work out stiff shoulders. I will definitely book with her again! The women’s lounge and bathrooms were very clean and I appreciated the locker space to not worry about anything for maximum relaxation.

I had an amazing experience! Nina was my massage therapist. She took her time to make sure I was well taken care of, and my deep tissue massage was absolutely incredible and helpful with my neck/shoulders and hip pain. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the experience wonderful. Thank you for such outstanding care and wonderful conversation! If you're looking for a great massage, I highly recommend visiting Timeless Med at The Refuge - it's truly a special place. Ask for Nina - you won't be disappoin... read more

Nina was hands down the best massage therapist I have had in my life. She truly listened to my problems and concerns and gave me a massage that left me feeling so much better than when I arrived. I could move with way less pain. Needless to say my husband and I will forever be visiting here to see Nina for every future massage.
