Fantastic experience. I love arriving somewhere and the staff actually feels like they want to be there. The spa is on the second floor and I was met with two friendly staffers who quickly got me checked in and showed to the women’s lounge area and showed all of the things to know (not left guessing at all). Off the women’s lounge was a very nice locker, changing, shower area that feels like home.
