I had the best wedding pictures taken, ever. This place is really great. Our wedding was 3 months ago, and I have to say that the experience was amazing. Not only did our photographer meet with us lots of times before the wedding and make sure that every single detail was gone over that we wanted covered, but we got even more than that from her. The review earlier was wrong ! I and several of my friends used this studio for our weddings. we hired them because they are super oragnized/ very efficient/super friendly. From the beginning, we loved this place. The first phone call was detailed and very informative, the consultation was superb and the contract was precise and very clear, the wedding day was super easy/ fun, the album was quick and quality, free stuff, we super tipped because she kept our family and friends going and we got WAY more than we ever paid for. ... read more
I had the most amazing experience !!!!! This girl is super duper. The most efficient, hard working photographer. We did not ever expect to get his quality of service and great product. The organization and promptness was out of this world. She arrived on time, stayed longer at no charge, gave lots of free items. Super cool, nice to work with. did our wedding in june, we were so happy. Not only did we get more than she promised in writing, but our pictures are out of this world amazing. Tricia made our wedding day was so easy. She kept us on schedule, helped cut the cake and my friends and family loved her! She is very polite and calls elders sir, etc. I cant say enought about the great service we got. Was not impressed with Timeless Impressions as a family wedding recently. She was pushy, rude, and all together hard to work with. Oddly enough, I spoke to multiple other people at the wedding that had also made the mistake of hiring this company, and all were extremely dissatisfied. Avoid.
I had a wedding done here and the photographer was amazing and went beyond the call of duty. I am extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend Timeless Impressions to anyone!
Literally The BEST! Everything form great customer Service, to exquisite, creative art, to perfection for albums and prints. Could'nt say anything better than "The Best" !!!!!
