Got a new quartz island and perimeter counters done. The waterfall edge on the island is what I really wanted and they nailed it. Veining lines up across the seam which I didn’t think was possible. Backsplash piece behind the range looks clean too. Kitchen feels like a totally different room now

Started looking for granite countertops after we wanted to redo the kitchen got a few quotes from companies around South Elgin was the most straightforward pricing and timeline they came out to template and the install happened about 10 days later the granite looks great and fits around the sink was really precious

We went with SK Granite for quartzite countertops in our kitchen remodel and a marble bar top in the basement. The kitchen countertops ended up being the centerpiece of the whole renovation - the quartzite has this natural veining that catches light differently depending on the time of day. The edges were finished exactly how we wanted, a simple straight edge that keeps it modern looking. The whole thing went smoother than expected. The initial visit was straightforward they measured everything and walked us through slab options without being pushy. Once we picked our granite they had a pretty reasonable turnaround. install day was organized and the countertops fit perfectly. Solid work.
