Tim was good to work with. When he visited my home to give me a quote, he explained everything and had drawings on the quote sheet as well. He and his employee, Larry were on time and worked efficiently to get the job done right. I had 3 average size basement windows plus a small "coal window" replaced. I am very pleased. And it is warmer down there now!
I do NOT write reviews, however, I felt it was warranted in this case. Tim (Owner Timeless Glass Block) & Larry performed above expectations. They replaced 5 steel framed single pain windows and 1 coal shoot door in the basement. Estimate all devices were about 70 years old and rusted. Just had 5 basement windows replaced with glass block. So satisfied. The windows let in so much light. Tim did a wonderful job. He was so easy to work with. He completed the window install in just a couple hours, arrived on time, and charged a satisfying rate. Would definitely recommend him for your glass block needs.
