I've been seeing Kim, and her daughter Oliva for quite some time now. And I've only had excellent experiences with them both! I was initially nervous to start electrolysis, given that it can sometimes midly painful. But once I met with Kim for a consultation, my concerns were cleared up right away. She explains her whole process, including sanitation and pain management. She's professional, yet is easy to talk too. I've never once felt uncomfortable while sitting in her chair. I recommend her to everyone!

I've had several appointments here. I absolutely adore kim. She's so nice, chill and an absolute sweetheart. I would go back to her again and again for all my hair removal!! Kim is always looking for ways to reduce pain during the appointments and i have a pretty loe pain tolerance, but sometimes i feel it other times i don't at all. She will treat you so well!!!
