Have had a wonderful experience with Timeless. They custom made my engagement ring, wedding rings, and earings for my wedding. Great communicators and the rre very helpful in the design process while honoring my ideas. They were able to make exactly what I wanted. I could not be happier.
Can not recommend this location. Worked with them for months. Their outsourced CAD team is a joke. Their designs were terrible and it took weeks back and forth to get the ring to be somewhat close. (I provided pictures and said copy this and they just couldnt). The initial quote was 22-2300$. Now tell me why at the end when things were finally finalized in the design it was 3700$? I went to a different local shop. They made the ring exactly how I wanted and they did it for 2100$ and in a shorter time frame.
I dropped off a chain to be repaired. It cost $35 and they were finished with it in 2 business days.
