Great designs. Great prices. Friendly staff. Will go to again!
They put my engagement ring together (band and diamond we had and he made a sturdy setting to hold the diamond). Once I had my ring he did a perfect job sizing it for me me ever since then (5 years ago) I continue to go in and they do free cleanings and check my setting to ensure all the stones are secure. They are so helpful and friendly and have a beautiful selection of jewelry. It’s truly my favourite jewelry store mainly due to owner and the staff who are so great. Thank you Timeless!
Just went to timeless jewelry. Service was superb, Hannah and Briar were a pleasure to talk to, and extremely helpful. I rate the service a 10/10.
The rings are nice but unfortunately the owner, Brent, ghosted us when it came to following through with post-purchase promises. Don’t trust that he will send you the “free” appraisal later—make sure to get it while you are in the store. My husband and I bought my engagement ring and his wedding band here, but then we moved out of state. Brent repeatedly told both me and my husband (both in writing and verbally) that he would send us the appraisals for our ring insurance, but he never did.
