Working with Timeless Creations was such a wonderful experience. Sahar is an absolute sweetheart and was incredibly helpful from the start. I only needed a few items, and while many vendors were hesitant because they typically only service full weddings rather than à la carte orders, Sahar was more than willing to help with exactly what I needed. I had a really disappointing experience with Mohamed Saab. I ordered letters for my wedding stage entrance, but he didn’t deliver what I asked for. Instead of using an A for my initial , he used an upside down V . Really embarrassing .The letters were not what I expected at all, and when I reached out to get a refund, he completely stopped answering my calls and messages. I trusted him for such an important day, and he let me down. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Honestly, Timeless Creations completely ruined part of my wedding experience. The letters they gave me for my stage entrance were absolute garbage, cheap-looking, poorly made, and nothing like what I was promised. I tried contacting them so many times, and they just ignored me. No refund, no apology, nothing. The A was an upside V. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the stress and don’t waste your money here.
