I expected better customer service from the owner Erika. I have visited this spa before in 2022 and had a good experience, worthy of revisiting however jump to 2025 the service is lack luster, unprofessional, not spa like at all & I will never give them my money again. I subscribed for a basic facial just to get reacclimated with the intention of possibly adding on a service or 2 (which nothing was recommended), or returning for additional services, in the near future.
