Down to earth no BS. They get right to the point. Hopefully I'll get some info from them soon. I'll update once they finish the repairs on my 93 Toyota pickup. Well better than expected. I had been told by a safelite technician that I needed rust repair done around my windshield before he could replace it. The guys at timeless had their windshield guy come out and inspect my windshield frame. He found no rust at all.
