Geoff is detailed and generous with his time. He skipped nothing and was very thorough. He communicated quickly and was early to the inspection. I would refer him to anyone, and greatly enjoyed working with him.
Geoff was professional in his communication and transactions. He provided an extensive report on every detail regarding our intended purchase. He found small items( we were fortunate there were no major discrepancies) that allowed us to have them addressed prior to closing the deal. I could not imagine making the substantial investment in such a complex machine without the knowledge and information he provided. Geoff, was very responsive to our initial inquiry and to all of the questions we had. Also, he was there for the inspection right on time. Most of all his inspection was very thorough and very well detailed. It was the first time for him to inspect an EKKO/Transit but he did a great job with the inspection and reviewed all aspects of the inspection with us. Geoff was a wonderful help in our rv buying process. We have a massive trip coming up across the United States and he truly left no rocks unturned. He was very thorough and inspected every feature of the Motorcoach from top to bottom knocking on every inch of roof to checking underneath for soft spots or corrosion and included pictures with advise on each fixing item on the unit. After the inspection he provided I could not feel safer making the purchase.
Very responsive to my request. Both the inspection and report were thorough and well documented. The in depth survey turned up many issues that would have cost thousands to correct and honestly some could not ever been corrected in a satisfactory manner.
