I had an issue with this location. I have since been contacted by corporate management and was assured that the issue has been corrected.
Drew Nadiak was so helpful and friendly. I came in very frustrated with other stores and my phone. He was so pleasant and fixed my phone for me very quickly. This is the only Verizon store I will be using from now on.
Zack Balletta provided excellent service today re-setting my phone and taking the time to explain all of the new accessories I needed to make the most of the phone's capabilities. Much appreciated and highly recommended! Carol D.
I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. The customer service has been top notch. Matthew in particular does a great job at explaining my plans and coverage and assisting all of my family members with their phones.
Excellent customer service! Danny amd Andrew took very good care of me and phone. They were both courteous and very knowledgeable. I know if I have any Verizon or phone issues, they are going to be able to take care of it.
I have been in need of a new phone and been putting off since my last purchase was a nightmare. So I saw a new Verizon store in Oakmont and decided to go there. Hanna helped me and she was awesome. She brought 2 phones out I chose one, she did everything else and I was out the door. I recommend them highly, not pushy, Hanna knew exactly what I wanted by looking at my old phone. Made my life during this difficult time a pleasure and will going back there when my husbands phone needs replaced.
Better than any other Verizon store, The manager David was fun to work with patient and not pushy. He actually listened to us and fixed our phone instead of trying to put us in a new one. I will never go to the Corporate store again.
i have used these guys for 6 years they helpful the company will not back their products when a Dealer handles the sale but these folks try to get it straight.
i only deal with this location staff are friendly and very helpfull always answers questions no matter how trivial and stupid they are if the person im speaking to does not know an answer then they get it from someone else
