We worked with Claudia for 2-month coordination for our wedding. I love that she offers this service - not many other planners do! I knew I would need an extra set of hands (and brain) for those two months before the big day, and Claudia was absolutely invaluable to have on our team. I found Claudia via a referral. I was a little late finding a wedding planner (only a few months before the wedding) because we had tried to do a lot ourselves. But I am so glad we hired her to help! At first we thought we would just need a day-of coordinator. But we contracted for her to help starting two months in advance and it was so worth it! I wanted to plan a fun, dressy gala night for our team holiday event. Here are photos - of before and after, and she made it exactly as I’d explained it in my head. Claudia was the perfect party planner assisting with every detail needed during my busiest season. She is experienced, confident, punctual and very organized. If you have a vision, she will make it come to life. One of our best additions was the magician that wandered thru the night!
