We worked with Claudia for 2-month coordination for our wedding. I love that she offers this service - not many other planners do! I found Claudia via a referral. I was a little late finding a wedding planner (only a few months before the wedding) because we had tried to do a lot ourselves. But I am so glad we hired her to help! I wanted to plan a fun, dressy gala night for our team holiday event. Here are photos - of before and after, and she made it exactly as I’d explained it in my head. Claudia was the perfect party planner assisting with every detail needed during my busiest season. She is experienced, confident, punctual and very organized. If you have a vision, she will make it come to life. One of our best additions was the magician that wandered thru the night! Claudia did an over the top job at coordinating my wife and I’s wedding! Wedding went super smooth and stress free as we trusted her with everything and even though there were issues she faced with some of the vendors, no one would have guessed as she used her magic to keep everyone happy and we greatly appreciate her and her amazing team for that. I don’t plan on getting married again but if i had too i would use her again no doubt!
