I would love to give a raving review, however my father’s Impala has been at this shop over 6 months for a front end body repair following an accident. My husband had to find all the parts and we have paid him a substantial amount of money in good faith that the work would get done. We have called daily for months with no answer from the owner Chris and he is never at the shop! We are left with no other option but to take legal action at this point. Quaint old garage in New Hartford with personal service. Chris is the boss.
They are craftsmen. Chris and Mike did a frame off restoration of my 65 Impala SS Convertible the car looks like it did in 1965 sitting on the showroom floor just magnificent.
Extremely rude and very unreliable customer service! Would not recommend to go to his shop!
Rude and drunks. Don’t let them near your vehicle.
