Total scam of a company with zero customer service. Cancel the line on June 2nd still charged me for the whole month on June 15th claiming they are subscription service. Return the equipmentin the store and store agent refuse to give any equipment received receipt. If you have any other internet option just stay away from this company.
You should not trust the sales people who claim to be Account Managers. I have had service since 2017, you would think that they would treat long term customers better. Sales person sold me on upgrading services by promising things that apparently they are not able to deliver. After twenty years of giving my money to Verizon and Frontier, I finally jumped ship to Spectrum, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision.
