Signed up for the free trial a while ago. The girl assured me I wouldn’t be charged and this wasn’t a membership. I went to the car wash the other day because I don’t go often, and paid $15 for the basic wash(because I don’t have a membership, or at least, shouldn’t have). I checked my account today and saw that I was being charged a $24.99 membership fee along with my $15 car wash. Disappointed. I reached out to be reimbursed so we shall see if they allow that.
Friendly,fast,and the wash was great for a drive thru. You can take all the time you need to clean out the inside with the free vacs and cleaning aids.
