I had used this location under its previous name and ownership and changed my monthly membership when they changed to Whitewater Express. The wash is high quality and the staff are friendly.

I was previously a very loyal customer to this location when it was Time to Shine Car Wash, but it has gone significantly downhill since it switched over to Whitewater Express. The first time I went, I felt like my car didn't get as clean, but I assumed it was just real dirty that time. I just got back from this location (my second time since it switched over) and: 1. Has serious maintenance issue that has persisted for 2 weeks now. I had used this location under its previous name and ownership and changed my monthly membership when they changed to Whitewater Express. The wash is good and the staff seem friendly, but the vacuums are practically non-operational. The vacuums are barely strong enough to pull the visible sand off my car seats.
