Moved here recently. Apparently, I have completely different expectations for the quality of the outcome from drive through car washes. The experience was disappointing at best, actually closer to a failure. I bought the entry level wash ($15), so my expectations were not high to start with. I did not choose to use the towels to dry, nor the vacuums for the inside. Grant, and all the employees are amazing. I get my car washed almost every day and love to see all the smiling faces . Its not just an in and out car wash they actually take time talk to their clients and address any issues.
The quality of this car wash really went down ever since it became whitewater. For starters, the fact they need to put a sticker on your windshield just for a car wash (as a member) is a bit absurd. Regarding the car wash itself, the brushes no longer touch the front windshield. Yes, they manually “brush” the car before it goes in, but it literally does nothing and is simply aesthetic.
