If you like paying for a subscription you can't cancel, this is the place for you! I've been charged 4 times for a monthly membership. I have called multiple times to cancel and received no replies. I went there in person and was told by an employee that their phones onsite do not work, it gets forwarded to HR, and HR doesn't call anyone back. Best car wash in the area location 810 on Ambassador Caffery is awesome
Three times in the last week, they haven’t been open when I arrived after 7. I called and left a message several days ago and never got a call back.
All employees are friendly, courteous, and helpful. My son especially enjoys our Saturday morning visits to the car wash. The only area for improvement would be the vacuum strength, as they could be more powerful.
